High-quality latex antibacterial hygienic topcoat paint is intended for the application of protective and decorative paint coatings inside buildings.
It is especially recommended for painting walls in rooms of heavy traffic (such as corridors, staircases, etc.) and ‘wet’ rooms (such as kitchens, bathrooms, laundries). It is also recommended for public utility buildings, health service premises, hospitals, operating theatres and food industry production plants (without direct contact with food).
It is intended for painting mineral substrates (such as concrete, cement renders, cement-lime renders, lime renders, and gypsum renders as well as drywall) and those covered by coatings, topcoats based on polymers and covered with wallpapers made of glass fibres. It is used for both primary painting and renovation painting on substrates with uniform or changeable structure and colour. Absorbent substrates should be primed with Terrix® PR-SP or Terrix® PI-AS before paint application.

Easy to keep clean
Stain resistant including blood. The dust won’t be attracted to the paint.
No flaking or cracking
Paints bond to the substrate by chemical reaction. Traditional paints create a film on top of a substrate which can lead to peeling or cracking.
Very high resistance to wet scrubbing and washing
The product exceeds Category I (BS-EN-13300) requirements and it is suitable for use in heavy traffic areas.
Vapour permeable
Due to microporous structure enabling the "free" travel of moisture and use of hydroscopic proprieties of the wall. Lower moisture levels means less expensive heating and lower risk of development of any asthmatic health conditions.
Flame retardancy
Due to the lack of organic components in the paint and pigments used for colouring. In contrast to most paints on the market and all standard emulsion paints, Terrix® IP-LT-X premium latex antibacterial hygienic paint provides protection against the spread of flame. Mineral characteristic of the paint makes it fully incombustible.
Very high resistance to yellowing
Built in UV blockers to maintain original look of paint.
